Buying a Top Dog Cart is easy, fun and rewarding.

Buying the mobile food cart of your dreams is easier than you might think! We’ve collected everything you need to know about what to expect – from choosing and customizing your cart to pick-up or delivery. Please select the type of cart you plan to purchase to get started.

Mobile Food Carts & Specialty Carts

d3Mobile food carts, hot dog carts and specialty carts are towable or pushable and designed for outdoor use.

1. Select a Cart
Choose the cart model that best fits your cooking needs. We recommend you check all state and local health department regulations prior to purchasing any mobile food cart.

2. Request a Quote
You may request a free custom cart quote online or call us at 321-972-8200. Request quotes for as many carts as you like. Be sure to tell us about all equipment requirements specified by your local health department (for example, how many sinks you’re required to have on your cart).

  • Online Quote: You will receive an email containing the full price quote, sample photos, schematic and cart specifications. This quote outlines the cart’s standard features plus any optional items you selected. Please provide delivery zip code to receive estimated freight delivery costs.
  • Phone Quote: Call 321-972-8200 to discuss cart needs. Once we have all of the information necessary, we will create your quot and email it to you.

Mobile food cart photos, schematics and specs outline areas of the cart that may be governed by your local health department. For example: the number of sinks required on a mobile food cart differs by city, county and state.

3. Make a Deposit
A non-refundable $2,500 deposit is required to add your cart to our production schedule. Typically finalizing your cart takes 3-4 weeks, plus delivery time. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, PayPal or bank wire transfers for deposits and cart payments. Personal checks are not accepted. Business checks are accepted subject to bank confirmation that funds have been made available. Cash is accepted in person only.

 

4. Approve Your Cart
When your cart is complete, photos will be emailed or mailed to you for review. Once you approve your cart, the balance of your mobile food cart purchase is due. When we receive final payment, your cart is crated and scheduled for shipment or picked up at the TDC facility in Sanford, FL.

 

5. Prepare for Delivery
All Top Dog Carts are fully crated for safe travel. We work with various freight companies to ship carts in the United States, Canada and other countries. We work with carriers who provide safe, fast and cost conscience shipping. Your cart will be delivered to a carrier terminal near you. You will go to the carrier terminal, uncrate the cart and tow it home.

 

6. Review Your Documents
Cart documents that are emailed and originals mailed to you include:

  • Final paid-in-full Invoice
  • Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO/vehicle title)
  • Cart schematic and specifications and photos
  • Cart Owner’s Manual

We recommend you keep all documents in a safe place, as you would with any purchase of this size and expense.

Concession Carts / Portable Support Carts

 or arrangements are made for the cart to be picked up at the TDCConcession carts are built to spec for indoor or outdoor use in arenas, stadiums, convention centers, hotels and more.

1. Get a Consultation
Contact us or call 321-972-8200  to request a consultation.

First we will ask you to provide information about your concession cart needs. Some of the information we need includes:

  • Do you plan to use the cart indoors or outdoors?
  • Will you have electrical power available?
  • Will the cart be stationary or does it need to be movable?
  • Are there restrictions on the length and the height of the concession cart?
  • What equipment is needed for cooking: hot wells, griddle, hot plates, etc.
  • How many carts do you need?

2. Receive Your Quote
A simple line drawing is included with a price quote and equipment specifications for review. CAD drawings can be provided for health department and venue review (cart purchase or deposit required).

3. Make a Deposit
When the cart design is approved a 50% deposit (based off total purchase price) is due before construction begins.

4. Approve Your Cart
When your cart is complete, photos will be emailed to you for review. Once you approve your cart, the balance of your mobile food cart purchase is due. When we receive final payment, your cart is crated and scheduled for shipment or arrangements are made for the cart to be picked up at the TDC facility in Sanford, FL.

5. Prepare for Delivery

FINAL INVOICE

The Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO) is the vehicle title. The Final Paid-In-Full Invoice details the total amount paid for your cart. These documents are needed to register your cart with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
